Miss Clara’s Christmas Dinner
Welcome to Miss Clara's Christmas Dinner - an elegant food experience that is served in a setting where Art Nouveau meets timeless Scandinavian design. The ingredient driven Christmas dinner is created uniquely for Miss Clara by head chef Gustaf Nathorst Windahl, inspired by the many Christmases he spent in the kitchen at Stockholm’s famous Operakällaren.
The dishes are carefully prepared and served on buffet and at the table. Swedish Christmas classics such as 10 kinds of herring and charcuteries are combined with modern international courses like sticky ribs, sashimi with ponsu and gremolata herring. Luxury servings of lobster and whitefish roe can be pre-ordered at least two days before your dinner. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we have invited our favourite jazz bands to play live music during dinner.
