The kitchen’s philosophy is to work in as natural way as possible. We exclusively work with unrefined sugar and flour, and our aim is to offer good alternatives to sugar, gluten and lactose. Our fish and shellfish are green listed and our meats come from selected farms are environmentally sound. We change our meat, fish and vegetarian dishes every week.
